    sample cd question

Whatup peoples, I've got a couple of sample CDs with drum sounds and stuff. How do I convert the tracks on the sample cd to .wav files on my PC? I've been ripping it to MP3 and using like that, but I'm worried I might be losing quality doing it this way. Any info appreciated. peace g outlaw
