Reason files ????
Nope you can only go from 2.5 Reason files to Reason3. Reason3 can't go down to 2.5. So if you're collabing with someone with 2.5 they can do there part then send it to you to finish but they will not be able to open it once you do your part in R3. -
recycle 2.1 question?
Answer to your 1st question: No, you can use Propellerhead Recycle files for other programs. 2nd question: Yes do what Sacred One said by exporting a wave or using the Rex files in FL 5 or higher. I don't know ne of the older version so can't tell you on those. -
Reason 3/Sampletank Problems???
Use another program and Rewire Reason to Sample Tank thur another program that host Vst or Vsti like FL,Cubase, and etc.Reason won't let you. -

Gives you more control with filtering effects and layering many drums as you want with in the NN-XT remote editing rack. -

Flipp the NN-XT around route the separate drums samples out to the mixer then do what Sanova said with the automation on the mixer. -

Favorites In Reason 2
In the favorite section you can only drag files and not the folders. For example let say that you have made your own combinator when you go to open the patch from a combinator rack . When you see all the combinator files you you are able to load. Click and drag those items into the favorites Box... -

Thanks guys i only had my MP a week so I haven't really got around to mixing. some of the sample were low i just dled the sample and took my MP with me to work.Hehe sometimes in the Army I get some down time. J-Rezyn, you raised the bar with how you flipped the sample. nice job for real!- jbm
