u can try ebay...for little or nothing you can get some good sample cds for dirt cheap saves you the trouble of digital digging and downloading..spend a few minutes monitor the bids and you can get wat i got a 5000 sample cds including soundfonts for 5 bucks. -

When mixing down work with the mixer and not the step sequencer to adjust volumes...i always suggest send each of ur samples to a seperate track and then control the volume there, reason for that u might wanna add an fx, which will amplify or distort the sound, so sending the sample to the... -

In order to answer your question specifically...first start by digging up quality samples...that is where you start first...fl studios is only an extension and will only put out what you put...it wont make a shitty sample sound better..... Start digging thru these sites listed here... -

This is caused by the computing power of your pc...sampletanks drags and demands power...if you dont have it to provide..the software is basically useless...why?...because you cannot tinker with the tons of buttons on that thing the fx's, the stretch engine, and my favorite the layering of... -
