Bleep Noise Q's

When I am programing my bass sometimes the speakers start doing this bleep thing. Does this mean I should get a better soundcard or what?

yeah its like a little click type of staticy noise that happens when the bass first hits sometimes like i said

yeah i get that aswell. im also wondering what it is.

i think it might be when it peaks or something.

try turning down your bass and see if you get the same thing.

Yo man I think I know the answer to this question. I went down to guitar center and started talking to some of the guys about it, and they said its probably just an eq problem. You gotta really mess with your envelopes and filters till you are only hearding the sounds you want. For example the attack when the note is hit is a little faster than the attack on the filter causing a few other frequencies to pass through. I messed with em and I was able to fix this problem. Just keep tweaking your eq's

Yeah, dont overdo the Q/Resonance, that's a bass enhancer hehe
