blood overdrive...

what exactly is it and what does it do? because i've seen it used as an effect used primarily on guitars and master channels..... i tried usin it on one of my master channels to see if i could see what it does and all it seemed to do was make the volume louder....

and blood is red, so that must be a red distortion or something dude

i use it sometimes on my drums to dirty them up a lil... just a little subtle overdrive to get em crunchy.
