cakewalk sonar 7 and m audio 2496 question

what should be the settings in cakewalk sonar 7 if i use an m audio 2496 soundcard? coz i tried..the in = usb device and out= m audio delta.. but it seems that some sound arent working...the ts cakewalk synth works fine but the other sounds dont...i dont know what is the problem...can anyone reply to this..thank you..

go into options--->audio----> and make sure both Playback and record is set for your delta card, next go to midi divices and set up your in and ou up. out for your delta card. That should set you up.

i wouldnt say a pro, i been using it since Pro audio 9---> sonar 7 i like cakewalk and roland products. if i can help ill try.
