can you import roland format into kontakt?

ok well i found an awesome orchestral cd rom for $250... but it is in Roland format, whatever that means... i know kontakt can import akai, giga, etc, and they have this collection available in those formats, but they are to expensive..... this one is $300 less than the akai and giga libraries, so i was wondering if the roland format can be imported into kontakt.... kontakt reads the akai s1000/s3000 series, and the s3000 reads roland, so i figure......... but if not i have to get a lesser library, but this is the one i want.

Try looking at Chicken System Translator (or similar). It can convert from many different formats and I know it can convert to akai format, just don't know if it can convert from Roland, you'll have to check their site.
