what's the deal with posting beats on my favourite website? is posting enough? or do you need to do something else to ensure the latest opus doesn´t get lifted like a two dollar trick's knicks.

and can someone piont me towards a link on the legal side of phrase sampling?

anyone can record music to their computer that is streamed from the internet. its just a matter of if they know how...

There are several options on this...
1.) Post only the music you have copyrighted.
2.) Post music that you don't care if someone jacks.
3.) Post music thats NOT royalty free but shows what you can do as far as remixing or whatever.
4.) Post music using all-royalty free samples that you produce.

I'm sure that there are other tips and tricks to posting music safely but to be 99.9% safe, go ahead and copyright all your work.
