Help wit Axiom

I'm tryna get my Axiom to stay at a specific velocity or not go under a certain velocity. Is it possible to set that on the keyboard? or its software-side? I also see a button on the Axiom that says "Vel Lock", I'm guessing this might do that but I hit it and it does nothing

ya press vel lock, it should work. just mess around with it
