Introducing

Well I know alot of people on this board are huge fans of underground hip-hop. I was wondering if any of you guys ever tried to introduce some of your favorite underground artists to other people that you know, like friends, relatives, or maybe even a roommate. What kind of responses did you get? Which artist do you usually choose to try and reach others with. Personally I've had only a couple good responses, my girlfriend loves "Little Brother",and one of my friends from NY is a big Mr. Lif fan now.

Hmmm, you cant get either of my parents to listen to hiphop what so ever, my brother listens if I make him , lol, otherwise my wifes side of the family is pretty open.
All my friends I do music with so np there, sometimes I turn em on to cats from here , either they feel em or they dont.
