yo i copped this the other day there is some heat on it, and there is a pic on the inlay card of what i think is a micro korg, i bet madlibs using that too.

so madlib is rocking an sp-303 and a micro korg and making bangers like the ones on the album wow thats hella inspiring cause im rocking the 505 and am soon to get a k-station.

It dont mean ima be on madlibs level but at least i know its possible

Yeah I heard that album recently. I like it, especially track #3! but I've gotten tired of that sort of style. Just my feelings on it, I used to like Jay Dee's beats a few years ago but they get a little boring after a while. One thing I noticed with the album is that almost every song takes forever for the beat to drop in! Long ass intro's and stuff, jeez.

yeah after a few listens im thinking it coulda been way better there is some def heat but only about 5 tracks is standing up to repeats listening.

im thinking alot of producers got different taste cause they have some sick interlude beats and the actual tracks they make songs out of r boring.

if you wanna know more about the hardware madlib use (and prefuse73), check the stone throw website. There is a link to a mega interview with madlib & prefuse73 & RJD2. (I don't have the direct link tho...)
