Good tips. I'm always looking for tips on EQ'ing drums, I'm sure others are too. Of course, it's just a guide because it all depends on what you're working with, but this is a good starting point.

Really good tools to use for mixing are softwares like Waves mercury bundle(Api Comp-V-comp) and the (API EQ)
A secret tip: Izotope nectar is used for vocals but when it come to my beats I ust the saturation in izotope nectar on my sounds to clear them up.
