MPC 1000 Users Who Mix/Sequence On Software

Sup -

Lately I been leaning towards coppin a MPC or SP606 and I was wandering how easy is it to track out your beat to the PC ?

I dont mind an extra 15 minutes - but if its too much i wont bother.

I wanna use my racks and midi in the software - and do the drums on the MPC - and send it all to be mixed down.

And as far as sampling- the same likewise....but how long does it take to break down a whole track - to be sent track by track for the buying/mixing process ?

Ok i see- so its really no different then how i setup midi and audio in ableton to record my JV1010 and MOtif ?
