MPC Pads

I searched but couldn't find a post about fixing MPC pads I have the 4000 and two of my pads went dead on me direct me to the post to fix it or if you have the info please let me know

Order some replacement pads from VST. It'll run you about 16 bucks at most.

yeah just order a pad assembly from VST. its around 89 bucks. I just fixed mine a few weeks ago. Its not that big of a job 2 do.

He doesn't need the pad assembly - that's only on the MPC1000. For him, I think that this is what is necessary.

what I mean buy pad assembly is the sensor thats under the pads. ON the 4k it comes on a piece of plactic the acutal name of the part I got somewhere around here in the service manual. SOrry if I mislead anyone on the correct names.

bhunt is probably right. just buying the pads prolly won't fix it.
