When you click on "Add" to add your tracks, you'll see an option on the right side. Check the attachment.

Normalize isnt really good cuz it check the db volume but each track is different dynamically. Its better to adjust the volume manually in an audio editor. The trick is simple, choose your lead track or main track, then adjust every other one compared to it.

I would use a separate wave editor for that, because what nero does is normalize the tracks in the process of the burn, so it would take forever for the CD to be finished. I'm sure Nero comes with it's own wave editor, so you won't have to search far....

If you wanna use a seperate wave editor for normalizing..I suggest Wavelab 4.0 (I think there is a new version out now though)....I love this program, and it does a whole lot more.
