copped the promise lp by sade yesterday, amongst some other records. wow, 1985, this is now officially an oldy, but man is it sweet. the further away we pull from the 80s, the more i appreciate the music of that decade.
btw, if you ever get to go to berlin, you have to visit the musictrain record store. this dude has a mad selection in pretty much everything. classical music, jazz, rock, obscurities, very good.
peace

No doubt, I was having the same feelings last night when I copped The S.O.S. Bands 1980 premiere album debut - S.O.S. The band was never overly successful - they only reached Gold on 3 out of 8 studio albums but they were an awesome band that made a lot of great hits.

Track listing

"S.O.S. (Dit Dit Dit Dash Dash Dash Dit Dit Dit)" (5:48)
"What's Wrong with Our Love Affair?" (4:55)
"Open Letter" (4:32)
"Love Won't Wait for Love" (5:34)
"Take Your Time (Do It Right)" (7:44)
"I'm in Love" (3:40)
"Take Love Where You Find It" (5:56)
"S.O.S. (Reprise)" (1:51)
