1k copy tracks -> various sequences

Is it possible to copy a track from one sequence(seq1) to a different sequence(seq2)?

Fixed

I posted this too quick. This is possible by going into "sequence edit" and copying from there to any sequence. Mods, delete this if you don't think it might help someone in the future. don't wanna clog the threads with stuff in the manuel

I haven't tried it that way. Try high lighting the track, window, copy, to the sequence you want, and press do it, to see what happens. I'm at my lunch break at work so I CANT DO IT RIGHT NOW. Dont know if you tried that already, but let me know if it worked. Holla back.

wordup Julio, on the 1k when you highlight the track an hit window it only gives the options to copy to 1 of 64 tracks within that sequence only. So I was like waiwaiWait this can't be some shit Akai could have let slipped past them. As it turns out:
windows, sequence edit= many options. Through that menu you can easily do this an many other things.

Hey Julio, to keep the forums from getting cluttery if you have something to add to something you said just edit the previous post.. I mean if it's two posts in a row.

this link:
http://www.akaipro.com/supportos.php#MFC1000
has the new operating system for the 1k and the new manuel for it. Check out the manuel for what your missing.. this update is huge, but make sure to check out the manuel because it answers most questions one would have.. this thread is a nice example, if i woulda'v looked a few more minutes before posting this then this thread wouldn't exsist

peace

Hay Chrono before I go into the link and try to figure, on how to do it to get it into my mpc, can you give me some quick steps on how to get it going. Like how to get it from the computer site into my mpc. It would make it easier, rather than trying to figure it out. Apreciated..

Hey chrono can I do it on a sandisk card reader aswell? Thanks alot I greatly appreciated. Also can I have it set up on my internal memory for auto load, or do I always have to load it from the card when I want to use it? Thanks for all the info I cant wait to get it and try it out.
