word i can load raw wavs right into the samplers in reason 2.5 not the dr rex loop play but the samplers? raw wavs right?

The NN-19, NN-XT and ReDrum can all play waves.

how come the nn19 doesnt support wavs in reason 1.0 ,or am i doing sumthin wrong

the nn19 DOES support wavs in reason 1.0.
you are probably trying to load a patch and not a sample.
