Reason: sound not working

I downloaded the trial version of reason to try to get a feel for it but when I play the demo track it doesnt make any sound help!:headbang:

ok mate, let's try to solve the issue here.
maybe you have forgotten to configure the sound devices.
here are the instructions:

go to: edit -> preferences -> audio -> select the audio card drive and the buffer size (latency).

now, another common problem might be your windows volume configurations. check out the mixer and see if the wave+play control are set to normal values.
