I just called RZA and he said he was just advertising it to make a little dough because he had spent all his cash on gold teeth/fronts... ;)

Seriously, I don't know...seeing that it seems like they want to compete with the MPC etc and also include the Mo' Phatt soundbank etc, which seems to be a move at getting into the market of hiphop/r&b beatmakers/producers ...they were probably just looking for someone who was a big hiphop producer and asked him to try it out and if he liked it, advertise it for a nice big figure...and the choice happened to be RZA (but could probably been someone else for that matter).

Machine looks nice though...wonder what it costs.

Well look that piece is ok but the sounds are too distinct, overprocessed and plastic....some like it I only like the sequencer and a few of the sounds, the mpc is much better because the sound possibilities are endless with samples...this thing is ok but I sold mine...I would get one to use as a sequencening controller though....if you have ever used one to control sequencing I think it has the best including the mpc, simply because of the Fruityloops like visual grid...and quantizing....
