sending sounds out of the outputs

I'm trying to send the sounds of my beats to my -box from my fantom x for tracking but can't seem to get it. I've been doing it one track at a time and that's too time consuming espicially if someone wants to spit over track right after they hear it.But any way the manual is confusing me even more.Please help me.

Well if the m-box only has two inputs then all u gettin is two tracks at a time. Best bet is to mix it good in the Fantom and record as one track if time is a problem.
