Souncard: Feedback Problem...

Does anyone know how to fix this probelm? Sometimes when I'm playin my beats or in between songs (usually when I switch tracks or put a certain track on) I get this earpeircing noise! IT's fuckin annoying and I don't know what to do about this... It sounds like a touching wire but way more loud and it usually increases (from quiet to loud as fuck)... I'm using a delta 1010lt, and it started doing this a while back i'm just sick of it and I don't want to blow out my monitors.... Any help is appreciated..

Nah, never when I'm recording... Just like when I play songs through winamp and sometimes it happens on the internet with an audio pop up... It's spontaneous though..
