I heard about this site on the net n shit so I thought I'd check it out
to be honest:I'm so F*cking glad I found a site like thiz,cuz it really helped point me in the right direction as far as making beats,expanding my understanding of hip hop,n finding resources.
Bio:
To make a long story short:I'm a newjack beatmaker from the bronx,ny that wants to get his chance in thiz game.I loved all types of muzik ever since I was 5 n shit:Rock,Reggae,pop,hip hop,metal,r&b,soul,(Even a bit of world music)
But hip hop iz my passion man,I love thiz game and how far itz came from the south bronx.
So far I'm thinkin of startin slow so heres what I'm workin wit:
1.Sonar Home Studio
2.Behringer Eurorack MX2004A 20 Channel Mixer
3.Roland RS-5
4.AudioPhile 2496
5.IBM Netvista Desktop(Windows 2000)
Its probably a weak set up but I'm gonna add some turntables,reason 3.0 and a MPC(If I'm lucky enuff to cop 1 at a decent price)later.
