IMO The extreme is tight but you can get a fantom x for cheaper.so unless you really dig the triton i dont think its worth it.
Peace

Yea, i know.
I dont think it lived up to the triton name for innovation on this model. But i think its kinda replacin the triton classic.

I think korg also wanted a triton that kinda went with the mpc1000 in the more usb/computer production direction.

I demoed that board today....it's aight....the accompiments to arpeggios and chords are very SICK....I dunno if I could justify the price though over what the Fantom-S goes for but the sounds are distinctly Triton especially the strings.....it really reminds me of the Triton LE as far as the Feel of the board....overall I would wait for the price to drop.....it's a lot like the Karma except a touch screen I dunno if it reminds me of the Classic Triton though....go demo the board and see what you think...

Look to Korg for better Research and Development once they milk the hell out of the Triton brand.

Sincerely,
God

I definately believe that. The triton was sweet at the time they introduced it.So im sure there next move should also be ahead of the game.If its nicer than the fantom x I am there.
Peace
