Not just dealers. I had friends like this.

One guy was SO awful with time. Many times he didn't show up so I waited about 10 minutes, then another 5, then I'd call his HOUSE. He fucking answers. "Yeah I'm leaving right now". Then I wait a bit, thinking he's on his way now. 20 minutes goes by. I call HIS FUCKING HOUSE. He answers AGAIN. I often told him to forget it.
