    Its like sampling any track that has drums in it ... Sample around them or lay drums over and eq the low out so you dont hear the drums from the sample hitting.

    Drama i've tried the BCD3 with virtual dj and I cant get it to scratch right no matter how many times I try to set up the midi or with downloadable files ... I believe the pitch shift controlling wouldn't work right from the controller either. Do you have a template file you could give me ?

    Slicer Problem, Shit's Overlapping

    Never had that happen to me but maybe it has something to do with "Play till end" in the slicer channels properties ... Or the numbers ___ & ___ where you can have a channel trigger another channel to cut off ... All I can think of off that top but never experienced that problem.

    I agree but disagree ... I like my technology, I would never walk like 10 miles to a friends house when I can drive and get there in like 10 minutes (or take 30 min by city bus), my laptop allows me to work on my music anywhere and in studios, and as for my tv it doubles as my desk top monitor...

    Different ways a sample is flipped

    Its called chopping up a sample ... You chop it up into indivual pieces and spread those pieces across pads or keys ... Then you play them like indivdual notes to make up a new melody.
