im havin it looked at by a lawyer but not an entertainment lawyer. i dont know why he didnt try to sign me to his label. my guess is either 1. its a shady deal, 2. he sees potential, or 3. the terms in the contract leaves them little space to loose money. why would an executive producer not disclose sample information? jus to see how well they chopped up the sample? or so they dont have to pay. so the harry fox agency watches out for uncleared samples huh. i think i have plenty of beats they wouldnt be able to figure out where i sampled it from. -
