Your effect's will be the most important thing when you do your vocals. EQ, Noise Gate, Compressor, and a Limiter or De-esser if you choose. Camp O, from the question I suspect doctah is looking for free struff. Try K-v-R for vst's. Flstudio also has a vst called Sytrus which is very flexable but very costly if you want to own it. It comes as a demo, but since your into sampling, and cutting your own samples, you should have no... -

Vocals and Fruity Loops
You can record vocals into FL you need to have asio drivers. Do a search I wrote a tutorial on it before. -
Sync MPC 2000XL to Fruity Loops
In thinking I can't find any reason to use the mpc and Flstudio together. You should sell your mpc and by a MPD controller to use with the FPC. Use that extra money to buy you some hardware that will give your machine asio and no latency. Peace you will get more out of FLstudio than the MPC. -
