Midi Controllers
Yeah I really like them both but like dp said...you gotta pound the pads on the MPD32, AKAI should have added a sensitivity button on that thing...lol. But it's built like a tank and it weighs just about twice as much as Maschine, the thing is very solid! -

Midi Controllers
M-Audio KeyStudio 49 and AKAI MPD32 hooked up at the moment. Yes, I really like them both but I am gonna upgrade them soon. I've got a barely used Maschine and a Roland MV-8800 that I think will always be my "go to". -

That's exactly what I'm saying on my part..."in real world examples" I haven't heard a basic home studio recording that can compare with the quality of a professional studio recording. I have heard a lot of good sounding music come from basic home studios but I've also heard some that sound good... -

Yeah just work with it until you can get that sound out of it. It doesn't really jump out at you but some guys have really good ears (like Iron Keys) and will catch this on the first play. I went into the studio tonight and the keyboardist caught a similar sound that I didn't catch until he...- dacalion
