Drink lots of water watch what u eat and keep workin out for a few hours a day its that simple..I fight Chinese Boxing /Jeet kune Do,Muay,Silat/kali..im not heavy so i never had to worry about weight but those are the obvious things to do..- Fury

u wud be correct if we were talkin about the Shaq of 2001..he got old slower he doesnt have the same footwork he used to have and his injuries took a huge toll on him..the past 3 years he went from averaging 22 ppg to 17 ppg to now 14 ppg..he doesnt have it anymore..the only good thing thatll...- Fury
