the best way I can think of doing this is giving them a CD with all the patterns/instruments seperated as .wav files. They can then go to the studio and arrange it how they want. Is this how you guys would do it?
I use Fruity Loops and Cool Edit Pro among other programs, although I don't know much about midi.
One thing I can tell you is that you should put your Soundfints into the directory fruityloops/samples/soundfonts
They are then available in the fruity browser under Soundfonts.
hope this...
Whutup people,
I'm just wondering where you get the majority of the sounds from that you use in your music.
At the moment I get my sounds;
80% soundfonts
20% samples
0% keyboards
0% live instruments
How about y'all?
Remember, PERSISTENCE = SUCCESS
don't give up y'all. Set goals and work towards them. Learn from your mistakes. Improve consistently. Everything will work if you do this.
I'm using Piano Roll with Fruity. Fade, I'd love to hear some of the basslines you've made with Fruity or even flp files so I can see how you put it together. Hook me up when you have a chance bro.
peace
