    firewire 410 definately, class recommended this to me and it was definately a great buy. the ability to use pro tools is an extra +++. if u have the audigy inside ur computer as a pci card, i think you should leave it inside, you will be gettin extra ins outs and extra midi ports etc.

    yeah you can load up sounds in many ways. you can load wav's into the sampler or use other refills or even get soundfonts in the nnxt if i remember correctly
