i think it's two different perspectives of producing: keying onehit samples and using loops. I personally am glad I put in my experience in the keys but at the same time I also use some melody samples that are looped. It's nice to be versatile but making your own melodies on the keys has many... -

It really is impressive but in my opinion samples are best used when the producer exhaust's their previous samples. Using what you got to the fullest extent which teaches you techniques that give a particular 'sound' to a particular producer, setting them apart and creating a market for...- Chrono

nice, i haven't read this thread since my last post. I do not feel that the KSM27 gives me enough air/presence as I would like but it does make me improve my delivery. At the same time it could be my voice :) and not the mic. Either way though I can always use this weakness to become more... -

it's hard to compare because Prince's site had excellent pictures in a tour style that really gave you a feel for the place. Peter's site is impresive but the pictures are abstract and somewhat artsy which do not give you a feel for what the place really offers, at-least not like Prince's. But... -

Yes, I almost certain it was 1.07. I cannot perfectly remember what OS it was but I am sure it was before 2.10; it only happened 2-3 times and since I began backing the saves off I really haven't had the issue.. actually forgot about it. backing things up keeps me from really worrying about... -

Yes, I can testify to this. One of the iller (first beats) I made was lost to this issue! It was a long time ago and I never read about it anywhere but have noticed that I have not had it in a long time. Despite this however I back up my songs three times :), and I also turned off auto-backup... -
