Plugin not working
damn, you got me stumped....just a stupid ass question i'm sure, but just in case, are you sure it's the VST version and not directx? try enabling directx effects, and see if this changes something. not logical, but then again, who knows. holla back and let us know if it worked or not. -

Plugin not working
was it the vst version? if so, you will have to add the directory in audition. effects->add/remove vst directory...after you do this, refresh, and you should see everything in your effects list. -
