Yeah you could dull the white, but you might come off better using something that is off white. Try mixing the off white color if you can instead of lowering any values. Try both and see what works best.- Kevin A

recording THROUGH a dj mixer
you need monitors if you want to accuratly check your sound & frequency levels. Get monitor speakers or headphones then try all your option. If your mixer has a pre amp on it, it's a posibility you can get some sound enhancement from it. -

For Those Who Use Keyboards....
Very true Dice, You need to try something like FLstudio. When you use midi, you can change the sounds but keep the same melody pattern, but when you want to record those midi sound, you may have to run them through a external recording device to get those sounds from your keyboards audio out... -

That's good, I do have stompter. I'm not that experience with it, but I did make some hard Kicks with it. Some body needs to make a automatic bass pitch finder, based of your lead instrument 1st note. But on the real, imma stop being lazy and put the time into it. -
