When you listen to a song for flipping purposes, what key features do you look for? i.e. I look for... 1. Good separation of instruments. 2. A nice melody or atleast something that I feel is "catchy". 3. A workable bpm usually 94 and down. 4. Good vocals. -

Seriously, there is some truth to lyrics making a beat...good lyrics over a mediocre beat does help to some extent but I've all but given up on lyrical content because 90% of the ish I hear nowadays is lyrical garbage. I mean how many times do you have to be told "how bad I am" before the ish... -
