    Thanks @thedreampolice - I misunderstood something major in the way the keys and PC are connected. I got it now - the computer just redirects the audio to the interface like it does to the internal hardware right now. Everything is clear now.

    The only way is to click on the main dropdown menu, select "Export..." and choose a codec/container combination. I tried PCM (.wav) and .mp3, but both gave me the same results. There's also a bunch of options for oversampling and what not. Here's how it really looks.

    I know that and have already connected it to my PC via USB, but the interfaces I've looked at don't have clear MIDI over USB inputs. Specifically, the Scarlett 2i2 only has a USB port for connecting with a computer and that's it. The other inputs are XLR and 6.25 mm.
