Good work. It sounds pretty clean, though I think the main kick could use some fine-tuning. But I like the beat and the panning of the main instruments. I wasn't a fan of the video. My opinion: it could have worked better if it was more simple, i.e. just the camera on you, maybe with some B&W...- JECHO

Hi Folks - what do you think of this? This is a melody I've been working on. I took a different approach on this one and reversed my workflow (focused on completing the melody first before messing with drums). But now I'm not sure what kind of drums to put on top of it. If anyone is interested...- JECHO

Cheers man, gonna have to revisit this sample again. I was struggling to get everything to sync, eventually started to feel like too much of a grind so I had to just pause. That's the one I have actually. When I ordered, the white one was actually $20 cheaper from a 3rd party, so for $70 I really can't complain since it has everything I need. I may have to also get a standalone keyboard to practice with though too. -

Akai MPK Mini. It's cool so far. Keys feel kinda cheap and they are smaller than I realized. But a few pads, keys and knobs is all I use right now. -

I just bought the Akai MPK mini. Keys are a bit small for my liking, but overall it seems pretty good. I ordered from Amazon for $70, the white model was $20 cheaper than the red and black models for whatever reason. -
