Hey everybody, this is Mikemaster G. I started this thread about making alternative rap coming from the South
but I didn't know it has turned into a battle between the state of hip-hop from two different cities. Either way, it's great to see your words put together to form your own opinions about this issue. I love listening to all types of music so I try to do my best to create new sounds in the hip-hop format. Sometimes you're push to make beats similar to the songs being played on urban radio just to get heard. Maybe that's wrong or not, but I feel
that we all need to get heard either in the local, regional, or national level. So keep it up with your feedback, but please, don't try to hate on each other in doing so.
