I've travelled all of Italy and spend several days in Rome. If you can't occupy yourself in Rome, you have serious issues. There's so much to see and do. Take in some culture. And if you get bored of that (which you shouldn't because it's a great experience), find some Italian tail, go get some gelato off the street corner, take her to see the sisteen chapel, then take her to your hotel and show her what you're made of!

The last thing I would ever think of doing in Rome is goin on a blind date with some Illmuzik fam. (no offence people lol)

haha....Real Italian gelato is the shit. Real Italians are better lol. I'm not so sure about the 2nd or 3rd cousin thing tho. You only do that when you're drunk and it's generally regretted the next day lol. Don't make plans on fuckin a cousin, it makes you sound a little trailer parkish lol, just let it happen naturally hahahaha
