you dont need to find the sample, you already have.
just chop the one in that song into single samples, 2 of them, then pitch shift to match your track

Probably. Best thing to do will be record your own squeaky bed or something if you wish to avoid any problems.
Being as its a sound effect rather than anything musical, you might just get away with it, but who knows in this crazy litigation world.

Yeah, idk. It's essentially no different than a single hit drum sample. I'm gonna chop theirs for now and make my own before/if I release it. Thanks man.

Or pitch it down a bit? than its already different..Waves' Torque is also good for this i think
