Bheringer Mixer with a Korg PXR4?

i have a Korg Toneworks PXR4. i am looking to get myself a 12 or 16 track korg... the question is if i get a regular Bheringer type mixer, would all the pan settings record to one track on my PXR4? i'm getting the 8 output expansion for my mpc and i want my tracks to be mixed better, as well as the vocals to have more variety and im not very proficient with software, nor do i have the money after investing in my current setup.

i think mixing with real faders is a very nice thing.
