Cool Edit dosent record..

My soundcard got this "What You Hear" function which records whatever sound the computer is playing into cool edit once selected. But recently cool edit dosent seem to pick up the sounds being played, even though the option is seleted. Ive played with it alot and still no result. This is really slowing me down.

Does anyone kno how i can fix this?

dont forget to ENABLE that "what you hear" function maybe u forgot to click on it.if that dont work click "WAVE" instead of that "what you hear".

check the audio settings in windows AND cool edit if the soundcard is selected as recording device.
