Echo on Vocals(help please)

I use AA3. I remember in 1.5 that was a setting under "Echo" called "Mono Vocal 1". Basicallythe effected was a nice echo. In version 3 im unable to create a sound like it. I want to make a echoing effect like "Yeah(yeah)". Like what you say is repeated. Can someone help me or tell me how to create this please

I don't kno bout Adobe Audition but i'd say look for delay? idk

Delay is def what your looking for , but Im not sure about Adobe though.
