Exporting in Sonar 8

I've been using Sonar 8 for a while... and exporting still seems to be a fucking hassle...

Does anyone know how to make it select/export the material between the start and end markers?

There seems to be no simple way of doing this. It's becomming quite a hassle.

you have to high light the area you wanna export on the time line up top, then select all the tracks you wanna bounce/export...
