How is this done, for example in ASAP Rocky's song Palace.

It doesn't seem to be done via just selecting all the cymbal hits in a row... is there some kind of plugin to do it?

sounds like 16th notes to me.

If that isn't fast enough for you then try 32nd notes.

he isn't ripping off Aesop. ASAP stands for Always Strive and Prosper and then Rocky is his mc name. There's a bunch of ASAPs. I guess it's kind of like Wu-Tang.
