Check it,,,Even though I havnt been keepin up since the Holidays hit, I normally eat healthy and work out, even though I am a LIL overweight! LOL But, supplements are so important to any routine, as well as ephedra, Like any drup it has to be taken moderatly or the effects can be deadly. I've been using ephedra way before the whole Stacker 2 craze and it has kept me from gaining more weight and becoming the next (white) Heavy D. LOL, But seriously, check this out,,,

Just take some fets man, base and speed! thatll lose you some weight, smack as well, well really any powder drug! more fun, same death rates, approx as that "drup" you was on about, lol. I play football, but working out seems a little too much like hard work for me, too much smoking and all that...DONT TAKE DIET PILLS OR SUPPLIMENTS, they send you wah wah, look at the mum on Requiem for a dream (fucking pants film!) she went skitz....
