getting cd covers printed... how much should it cost?

does anyone know how much it costs to get cd covers printed?

is it possible to buy a home printer that can do it at a better price or nahh?

i know of discmakers.com, diskfaktory.com, and a couple more. pick up an issue of remix magazine and look at the classifieds in the back under replication
