Headphone recommendations

So a friend of mine is looking for some headphones for basic production needs, but can only spend about 60$. I know it's not a lot of loot, but anything good with decent hi's and lows?

Pug I have a pair of Sony MDR-V6s and I luv them but they run about $70.

honestly, save up for a 100 bucks and get the akg K240, anything cheaper isnt really worth spending 60 bucks on anyway..might aswell spend 20 bucks instead. And at least the akg is truly studio grade and i couldnt say that for the most under a 100 bucks. Might be good enoug for dj'ing though...

Thanks fellas, I recommended something a little more expensive as well, but his budget is tight. Will look into the Sony's, but will recommend the AKG's as well for future purchase!
