I never really learned how to cut samples in audacity, except that i would just take a part of a song... then highlight the rest of the song and delete it lol.... but to put it in fl6, just load it like you would any other sound... and if u want it in the fruity slicer, open the fruity slicer and drag it into that....

To use samples cut by Audacity I:

1. Cut the desired samples from the orginal.
2. Open another application of Audacity.
3. Paste the cut sample in the new window.
4. Export the sample as a .wav file using Audacity
5. Open a Wave Traveller Channel in FL.
6. Import the sample into Wave Traveller.
7. Voila!

Good one.
Rite now all you need is to keep what you got.
Wavelab will just get you more mixed up in the head.
Later when you really get good at it you can try Wavelab
